Communication

The Council does not pass us information about plotholders.  

We use this website just to help people find us and for information that doesn't change often.  Most of our communication is by other means.

• Subscribe to our mailing list for our bulk mail-outs -  use the form below or the link here:

  • Saughton Mains Allotments Mailing List Subscription (sibforms.com) 

  • Links on mails from us will let you unsubscribe and update your profile

  • The email will come from contact@saughtonmainsallotments.org.uk

  • Messages specifically for you will come from saughtonmainsallotments@gmail.com.  You can email either address. They go to the same mailbox.

• Join our closed Facebook group for news and to communicate with other plotholders.   The link is on our email footer.

• We have a Facebook page that anyone can view,  but increasingly we only put things in the closed group.

We try to post important items on the three site noticeboards, and use a post box on the front of the chalet to distribute forms and take in orders and other messages, but this is a lot more work for us than doing stuff online.
